This is a fun personal project to be completed in two stages.  What you see here is the ‘temporary’ build; the oven will live in our shop building for a couple of years until our in-progress house in completed.  Then it will be installed permanently in an outdoor living area where it will receive it’s final trim, insulation and exterior stucco.  In the meantime we are enjoying incredible breads and pizza!
